The solution included engineered equipment design, steel fabrication, and a high performance ceramic lining system. Corrosion Engineering allows the mine to remove a worn wet mix box for rebuilding while a replacement unit is installed. This rotable approach helps maintain circuit availability, simplifies maintenance planning, and ensures a fully lined replacement unit is ready for the next scheduled changeout.

Corrosion Engineering cleaned, removed old liner package, fabricated new baffles, and installed a new ceramic lined replacement system. This allows the customer to quickly exchange the worn unit, return the circuit to service, and rebuild the removed box offline for the next planned changeout.
